For Fortis Bank Netherlands started ‘the combined DNB reporting' project per March 2010. Main goal of the project was to improve DNB reporting and to combine DNB reports for Fortis Bank Netherlands and ABN AMRO due to legal merge of the 2 banks per July 1.

Challenges of this project where improvement data quality and intercompany rollout.

This project is successfully finalized in August and is delivered to the business as usual group.

During this project the responsibilities also where to report Fortis DNB liquidity report (8028).

JAN 2008 - Dec 2009                       DRIESSEN AEROSPACE GROUP NV. - Netherlands

On July 31, 2008 Zodiac acquired all shares of the Driessen Aerospace.
Zodiac is a global leader in the aviation industry for a wide variety of aero safety systems, aircraft systems and airline equipment.

Initial task was to work upfront on all the acquisition requests. During this and after the acquisition the responsibilities where:

•-       Taking care of the consolidated monthly, quarterly and years reports;

•-       Implementation of management information, propose improvement;

•-       Monitor budgets and communication of budget assumptions and guidelines for the business units;

•-       Ensure quality by monitoring and improving financial processes;

•-       Cash Flow and currency management;

•-       Managing of inter-company Loans, Accounts - receivable and payable;

•-       Participate in various projects such as the implementation of the consolidation package and  IFRS implementation;
